We inform you that with effect from June 1st, 2011 Industrie De Nora sold its equity participation (16%) in Electrometals Technologies Ltd. and therefore, from that date, De Nora Group has no equity interest in that company. De Nora Group will maintain commercial relationship with Electrometals Technologies Ltd for the ordinary course of business.
