Livia Amidani Aliberti obtained a degree in economics and business from the Libera Università Sociale degli Studi of Rome in 1983. She has been registered in the roll of chartered accountants of Rome since 1998. She holds a Level 7 qualification from Financial Times-Pearson, the “NED Certificate”. She is FCA authorised and holds positions as CF1, CF10, CF11. From 1989 to 1997, she worked at the Monitor Company, an international strategy firm, as a case team leader, with experience in food, pharmaceutical, gaming and telecommunications sectors. Before that, she worked in the corporate area of CONSOB in Rome, in the Federici group as direct report to the group CFO and at Credito Romagnolo in the large exposures department. Since 2003, she has worked as a corporate governance, strategy and gender diversity consultant in Italy and the United Kingdom. In 2007, she started her own specialized consulting firm. She has served as an independent director, chair of the related party committee and chair of the risk and control committee of a listed Venture Capital, Lventure Group since 2012. In addition to currently serving as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, she has also served, since 2014, as a non-executive director and member of the finance committee of Amnesty International Charitable Trust, as acting statutory auditor of the listed pharmaceutical firm Recordati S.p.A., as executive director and shareholder of Bayes Investments Ltd. a firm under the FCA regulatory regime, where she is the Chief Operating Officer and Compliance Manager. She is executive director of Quantyx Ltd, an FCA regulated business, overseeing compliance and control systems. Livia is also an executive director of NAD Ltd.
