MILAN—May 25, 2017—De Nora will exhibit at the 2017 American Water Works Association’s Annual Conference & Exhibition taking place June 11-14 in Philadelphia. At Booth 2907, the company will showcase many of its innovative products, including its ClorTec® DN systems, the latest generation of on site sodium hypochlorite generation technology, and the Capital Controls® MicroChem®3, a multi-parameter water analysis system.
“De Nora is excited to be a part of AWWA ACE 2017, the place to spend time with water industry experts and check out the very latest in water treatment innovation,” said Brian Shugrue, De Nora Water Technology Director of Sales, Americas. “We have invested significantly in our people and our product lines in order to offer the very best in water treatment solutions for our clients worldwide, and we look forward to demonstrating our industry-leading offerings to the ACE attendees.”
De Nora has recently made significant upgrades to its Gas Feed & Instrumentation line, including the new Capital Controls® MicroChem®3. This multi-parameter water analysis system offers both chlorine measurement and control in one versatile instrument, and can be tailored to individual applications with up to three measurement parameters. Designed with extensive customer input, the easy and innovative MicroChem3 includes a color touchscreen display, menu-driven software to easily guide users through set-up and operation, and a USB interface for software updates and data log downloads.
The ClorTec® DN systems represent the latest generation of brine electrochlorination technology, with simple operation and maintenance, and unrivaled performance and safety advantages. The systems generate sodium hypochlorite using the three common consumables of water, salt, and power. Benefits of this on-site generation include less hazardous hypochlorite solution compared with bulk hypochlorite, reduced cost versus bulk hypo with protection against chemical price fluctuations, and reduced chlorate and other disinfection by-product formation. In addition, this solution does not require the transportation of hazardous materials, costly chemical containment systems, or risk management planning.
