Industrie De Nora S.p.A., the original company founded in 1923 by Oronzio De Nora, is the Holding Company and HQ of the whole De Nora Group coordinating, supporting and setting forth the strategic guidelines with its corporate functions. Consistently with this role, Industrie De Nora S.p.A. also controls, manages and coordinates the R&D activities of De Nora Group and is responsible for the development, enhancement and protection of the Intellectual Properties of De Nora Group. Moreover, Industrie De Nora S.p.A. adopts the strategic decisions regarding approach to the markets and definition of the product portfolio and the production strategies services
