Milan, October 7, 2025 – Industrie De Nora S.p.A. (“De Nora”), Italian multinational listed on Euronext Milan, specialised in the electrochemical industry and leader in sustainable technologies and in the emerging green hydrogen industry, has obtained the Great Place to Work® certification in China, the USA, India, the United Arab Emirates and Singapore, adding to Italy, where the company has already been certified for two consecutive years.
Over 1,800 De Nora employees took part in the Great Place to Work® survey, which the company conducted globally for the first time, with a response rate of 89%, confirming the high level of participation and involvement of the company's workforce. The results of the Average of GPTW Model™, which measures employees' perceptions in terms of credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and team spirit, confirmed a solid corporate culture based on trust and a sense of belonging, capable of promoting a healthy, fair, and inclusive work environment.
In Italy, De Nora has already achieved significant recognition: in addition to Great Place to Work® certification for two consecutive years, in 2024 it was ranked among the top 10 companies in the Best Workplaces™ for Blue Collar category, demonstrating its concrete commitment to all professional categories.
The survey results will be used to define targeted actions aimed at further improving the well-being and engagement of people, in line with De Nora's vision: promoting sustainability not only through its technological solutions, but also through the growth and development of the people who are part of it.
“Being certified as a Great Place to Work® means that our professionals trust us, feel valued, and are proud to be part of De Nora,” said Chief Officer People Organization Social Communication & Happiness. “This achievement is an incentive to continue building our future by putting people at the center of everything we do.”
